Geboren und aufgewachsen in S\u00fcdtirol, wo sich Nord und S\u00fcd, Kultur und \u00fcppige Natur, Alpen- und mediterrane Region begegnen.
\nDiese F\u00fclle hat auch meine eigene Vielschichtigkeit beeinflusst: am Anfang meiner Ausbildungen stand der Vorkurs der Hochschule f\u00fcr Gestaltung und Kunst in Basel. Ausgebildet als Schauspielerin an der Z\u00fcrcher Hochschule der K\u00fcnste und der Accademia Teatro Dimitri einerseits und als Lehrerin andererseits begleiteten mich die darstellenden K\u00fcnste und die (Heil-)P\u00e4dagogik \u00fcber verschiedene Stationen, wie auch die Liebe zur Sprache, zum Singen\/ Songwriten und Tanzen. Und wenn Bewegung und Ton verstummen…- bleiben noch Bleistift und Pinsel zum Gestalten.<\/p>\n

KREATIVIT\u00c4T IST UNSERE WAHRE NATUR
\nWir bewegen uns im Alltag meistens auf eingespurten Bahnen, \u201efunktionieren\u201c in bestimmten Mustern, haben uns eingerichtet in einer vermeintlichen Sicherheit aus Gewohnheiten und Vorstellungen.
\nIn diesem \u201enormalen\u201c Zustand nutzen wir jedoch nur ungef\u00e4hr 10% unserer M\u00f6glichkeiten.
\nDie Kunst der Kreativit\u00e4t ist ein machtvolles Mittel, um unseren Horizont zu \u00f6ffnen.
\nDas Spiel, sei es im Theaterspiel, wie auch im Spiel mit W\u00f6rtern, Musik und Bewegung, erm\u00f6glicht ein Eintauchen in einen anderen, konzentrierten Zustand,- in erweiterte Bewusstseinszust\u00e4nde. In diesem Spiel-Raum haben wir Zugang zu einer unersch\u00f6pflichen Quelle an Phantasie, Kreativit\u00e4t, Inspiration und Sch\u00f6pferkraft- Zugriff auf unsere volle Power.
\nK\u00fcnstler k\u00f6nnen in diesem Sinne Forscher und Spurenleger sein f\u00fcr Eingebung, Perspektivenwechsel, Transformation, Gestaltung und Kommunikation.
\nAber jeder von uns hat eine ganz spezielle Farbe, einen unverwechselbaren Ton, einen Mosaikstein ohne den das Ganze nicht vollst\u00e4ndig ist. Wir brauchen heute dringend den ganz eigenen Beitrag, die Ideen und Kreativit\u00e4t jedes Einzelnen!
